The Shelfmatic planogram system not only allows you to design your shelf layout but also enables you to track implementation in-store, including when it was implemented, through the publishing and monitoring process.
Unfortunately, employee turnover in stores is high. Decisions made by the central 'Visual Merchandise' team regarding product displays, purchasing decisions to add or remove products (delist), often have difficulty reaching store employees, and even when they do, it's hard to ensure correct implementation and receive feedback. Especially when evaluating from a sales perspective and company contracts, incomplete implementations occur. Traditional planogram software or expensive in-store usage licenses often fail to meet these corporate requirements.
With Shelfmatic, we enable the system to reach even the most remote employees, allowing them to input which planogram they implemented and when. Through the publishing process, when design work is finalized at the center, notifications are sent only to relevant store employees, showing changes in clear and simple information.
We display changes, new products to be added, products to be removed, along with product code, name, and location to the user. After store staff physically arrange shelves, they simply take a photo.
