Barış Gross, topla.io and DerinCRM were launched live

Following a swift ERP transition at the beginning of the year, the cash register systems were renewed and transitioned to EncorePOS. The marketplace integrations and in-store collection operation were completed with the transition to Topla.io. In conjunction with the planned transition to DerinCRM, the benefits offered to consumers were ensured to continue uninterrupted. Previous customer and employee records will be transferred, and a new points structure was quickly implemented. Product-based formulas, such as reclaiming points gains during the return process, were successfully configured. Thanks to the DerinCRM integration, which is ready with EncorePOS, a new customer registration can be taken at the cash register by verifying the phone number.
