Robot E-Invoice

With a robot e-invoice entry rate of up to 70% in our projects, we ensure that the incoming e-invoice records are successfully matched with goods receipt shipping documents. We overcome issues with e-invoice content from companies and user tendencies in the goods receipt process with preventive features in our handheld terminal software. We can complete invoice and account entry production with minimal user intervention, along with information on processed shipping documents/invoices.

Records that the robot cannot create are presented to users who enter invoices, while shipping documents are automatically captured, and the invoice is presented to users with matching products and actual amounts. The user makes necessary simple corrections and easily enters missing matching information. Although this process is commonly referred to as automatic in the market, we consider it as problematic invoice entry for DerinSİS.
