Approach
Our primary approach is to provide our customers with maximum control over their invoice flow, make the invoice processing process as practical as possible, assist in the application and testing process.
Considering market conditions, we design the subject in a two-phase structure. In the first step, we work on providing users with ease in invoice entry. In the second phase, based on the optional fields in the incoming invoice information and the data structures of the companies related to it, we ensure the automatic transfer of invoices to DerinSİS with data integration.
Components
Our e-invoice solution, consisting of 3 components;
- GİB communication 'framework'
- An independent web application
- A management module located in the DerinSİS menu
- A program piece (DLL) located within the invoice module
It consists of. The web application is suitable for technical staff to use, enriched with control possibilities, and has an instant working structure. The desktop application is designed to target accounting management, offering an interface that provides these functions with authorization when needed. It particularly includes tracking-acceptance-rejection functions related to the commercial invoice process.
Our system, designed according to the difficulties and needs of real commercial conditions in the invoice entry process, has features that simplify users' work significantly. We provide effective solutions in main issues such as making shipments invoice-ready, price difference controls, and document arrangement.
