POS Cash Register Integrations

DerinSİS is integrated with many POS cash register software, including NCR EncorePOS, Toshiba Genius Open and Genius II, Wincor-Nixdorf, Tera, and Enpos.

Product Transfers

While product transfer and sales transfer are the main integration topics, features such as sending discounted-promotional prices and group code sending for their campaigns are available depending on the capabilities of the POS cash registers.

When any feature of a product changes, when there is a price change, if necessary, any product feature can be selected, and the transfer of targeted products is provided. New store openings, new cash register installations, or POS cash register-related issues always have product transfers at the user's fingertips.

Sales Transfers

For sales transfers, e-invoice information slips are created, and e-invoice records enter the standard e-invoice module sending pool. According to the template-serial definitions in the outgoing invoices, it is sent to GİB with a special integrator or direct integration if available in the project. E-Archive invoices are also transferred to the data pool of the relevant module and sent according to the invoice information from the cash register.

Sales transfers can be made automatically or manually. In manual use, at the end of the sales transfer, the daily sales summaries are displayed. DerinSİS's sales summaries have a special design for high-performance sales reports. Daily reporting needs are offered as standard, and this reporting load works independently of other operations and reporting loads in the system.

If Z-report transfer support is available, these data are also transferred to their special table and can be reported and compared.

Within POS Sales Transfer Control, days with no sales, days with inconsistent summaries, are checked by the system on a store-by-store basis and presented to the user.
