What modules are missing in DerinSİS and why?
When we first meet new companies, we emphasize two modules: Payroll/HR and production modules, which we do not offer. Let's share the reasons, impact, and how we address potential shortcomings.
About the Payroll-HR Module
In the past, we developed and offered a complete payroll module, obtaining payroll values with all calculations. The speed of change and intensity of regulations, especially in legislation, and the increasing sophistication of HR software focusing on shift-permission-PDKS, led us to decide to stay away from this area where we would constantly be incomplete.
Most regulatory changes are about incentives, particularly with pandemic and recent economic conditions leading to extraordinary configurations. While sustaining the fast-paced world of retail, it wasn't realistic for us to take direct responsibility for these changes.

Besides, DerinSİS has the ability to create accounting vouchers directly from Excel, making it possible to proceed without integration studies.
About the Production Module
DerinSİS has a structure called 'Conversion,' which automatically deducts stock from the connected product, and it is widely used. The following examples can all be done with DerinSİS's conversion module:
- Making sandwiches from sandwich ingredients and selling them
- Selling coffee cups made from coffee ingredients
- Selling Ramadan packages and deducting stock from the products inside
- Creating Ramadan packages, deducting products from stock, and shipping packages to stores
- Campaign product bundle sales
What we mean by not having a production module is that we do not target companies that need a production module with sectoral differences and resulting expertise. Such specialized software often has sub-specialties according to production areas. We do not aim for companies requiring complete modules like cost accounting, production planning, and quality control.
With automatic stock conversions and multi-warehouse usage, raw material stocks, production area stocks, ready-for-shipment stocks, and store-based stocks can be managed in DerinSİS.
