Unlike the common approach in software products, Derin Bilgi does not pursue a policy of releasing different versions and remarketing them. The highly customizable DerinSİS ERP product is always developed and kept up-to-date for all customers. In this sense, the maintenance agreement provides the opportunity to benefit from the development line of our software products for life, rather than just receiving support like in packaged programs.

For our customers in similar industries, no further development is made for previously developed, tested, and established processes. DerinSİS is a single product line, with no different versions at the same time, and it is tailored to customers' needs with adjustable features. Derin Bilgi's greatest skill is being able to serve customers of different sizes and with different processes using a single source code, making each customer feel like the software is written specifically for them.

Competitor products' maintenance agreements only provide limited support, often forcing new purchases by stating that innovations are only available in new versions. Derin Bilgi does not consider this a genuine support-maintenance approach and instead focuses on sustainability, in line with the nature of ERP products, as a requirement for a long-term working environment.
